Northern Beaches Children’s Dentistry is part of well- know Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale.
Park St Dental Practice is a long established Family, Children and Cosmetic dental practice in Mona Vale, Northern Beaches of Sydney. A privately owned and operated modern dental surgery in a heritage listed building in Mona Vale with more than 50 years of proven history in achieving excellence in dentistry.
Northern Beaches Children’s Dentistry is a sub group of Park St Dental Practice which is focused on Children’s Dentistry and offers dental Treatment to the children of any age.
The house of Park St Dental Practice is of local significance in Mona Vale as it is one of the earliest surviving houses in the locality, built in c1904 by Samuel Stringer during the early phase of the settlement of Mona Vale. It has associations with the community through its use as a primary school and a police office in its early years.
Our patients think the house is very welcoming and full of positive energy and we feel blessed to work in such a modern dental surgery and character cottage with a glorious history in serving the Northern Beaches community.

Dr Neda Gorji is the principal dentist at Park St Dental Practice in Mona Vale.
Neda achieved a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2002 (Shiraz University) and Certificate of General Dentistry from ADC (The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne). She has worked in various private general and specialist dental practices and continued to hone her skills. She is committed to continued learning and education with a view to being able to offer the best possible levels of care to her patients by keeping abreast of the latest developments in her field. She joined Park St Dental in 2016 as the principal dentist and owner.
Neda is an accomplished dentist with vast experience in general dentistry. She employs a conservative approach and strongly believes in preventative dental treatments. She is a passionate dental surgeon and specialises in:
- Dental implants – Neda is an accredited Implantologists from ASID (Australian Society of Implant Dentistry. She will happily discuss your requirements and help you decide on the best course of action.
- Cosmetic Dentistry– She is well versed in cosmetic dento- facial techniques including teeth whitening, cosmetic veneers, crowns and bridges and cosmetic injectables (muscle relaxants and dermal fillers)
- Children Dentistry – Her calm and compassionate chair-side manner combined with extensive experience working in a specialist paediatric clinic for years make her the ideal dentist for your young ones, especially anxious and reluctant patients. Neda loves treating children of all ages and will help them to put in practices to keep their dental visits to a minimum.
- Facial pain, TMJ and associated headaches/problems – She has a special interest and extensive knowledge in diagnosis and management of TMJ disorder and associated headache and neck pain.
Becoming a dentist fulfills part of a childhood dream for Neda. To ensure her skills are kept up-to-date, she has completed numerous courses including the OTC course at The Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. To quench her thirst for dental knowledge and further expand her skills, she is currently undertaking an advanced course in implantology at the prestigious Bii Institute of Implantology under direct supervision of Professor Brener and his team.

Neda and her husband (Kamran) emigrated to Australia after Kamran won a prestigious scholarship prize to do his PhD degree in Electron microscopy and nanotechnology at Monash University/Melbourne. They have become proud Australians and have fully embraced life on the Northern Beaches, where they call it home. In their spare time you may find them enjoying passions such as mountain bike riding, Bikram Yoga, dining out and relaxing on the beach.

Dr Surgeon completed his secondary education at Normanhurst Boys’ High School in 1965.
He graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Sydney, in January 1971, with the degree of Batchelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
After graduation, he undertook post graduate studies to achieve, by examination, the Fellowship of the Australian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS).
Geoff purchased the dental practice in Park Street, Mona Vale in October 1975. He decided to have the building restored and renovated in 1989 to enable the house to be used as a modern dental practice and also to retrieve and retain the cottage as a heritage listed building and one of the oldest houses in Mona Vale. Today, our practice is a modern dental surgery and a beautifully presented heritage listed architecture in Mona Vale due to his efforts.
In the year 2000, he was proudly appointed as a volunteer dentist to provide treatment for the members of the Olympic Village community, which included athletes, officials and support staff from many countries from around the world.
Over the years, he has been attending many courses and achieved invaluable experience in the fields of preventive and conservative dentistry, implantology and complex crown and bridge works.
He has been happily married for 46 years, has 3 children and 5 adorable grandchildren. He is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather and a highly experienced and knowledgeable dentist who enjoys gardening and landscaping.

Dr Farzana Nazerali was born in the West Midlands, England (UK). The first to go to university from her family, her desire to pursue dentistry was inspired by the complex practical nature of the profession, underpinned by problem solving and scientific application. She graduated from Cardiff University Dental School in 2011 (UK) with Honours going on to work in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery within hospital, Community Dental services and General Practice. After relocating to Sydney in January 2020 with her husband and beautiful daughter, Farzana cannot wait to attend to all aspects of general dentistry.
She loves to work with anxious patients providing relaxed environment and unhurried appointments. Farzana enjoys treating the little ones and is very experienced in providing the children dental care.
In her spare time, Farzana loves to shop. She is a total foodie and cannot wait to explore the beauty of Australia along with her family.
Specialist Oral Surgeon
John is one the leading oral surgeon specialists in Australia with many years of experience in oro-facial surgical procedures. Dr John Wong graduated from the University of Sydney with Bachelor of dental surgery in 1979. He attained a Masters of Dental Surgery from university of Sydney in 1990.
He is a highly experienced oral surgeon in the field of implantology and surgical placement of dental implants. Complex third molars (wisdom teeth) surgical removal, oral Pathology, tissue biopasy and surgical management of cystic lesions are some of his professional interests.
John has been a part of Park Street Dental team for many years. Our patients love his calm and caring personality and admire his great skill.
